Deluxe doors have a lead time of up to 7-21 working days. We only ship to mainland UK. Marked white and orange on the map.

Cost of delivery is calculated during checkout. Customers usually receive their orders within 7-21 working days.
Scottish Highlands
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship orders to the Scottish Highlands. Marked blue and red on the map. We are also unable to ship orders to offshore addresses. This is due to the size of the items, distance and heightened chances of damage alongside high carriage costs. Any order that we can cannot fulfill will be cancelled and refunded in full.
Check your delivery
It is important to check the packaging carefully upon delivery as you will be required to sign off that all has been received with to damage. If there is any damage, make sure to log this with the driver and contact us so we can assist further. If any delivery attempt is unsuccessful a re-delivery will be automatically scheduled for the following day. There is a limit of three attempts until the order is returned back to us. In this scenario, the order becomes non-refundable and said order will need to be paid for again in full to be re-delivered. Any damaged and/or missing items must be reported to Shush Doors within 48 hours of the delivery taking place. Failure to do this will void any warranty as we will not assume any responsibility for damaged or missing items.
